This season, intricate embellishments and form-fitting shapes remain key catwalk trends and Riki Dalal – an Israeli designer with a growing international following – ticked all the right boxes for fashion-forward brides at her London showcase at the Grosvenor Hotel.
Riki chose London for her first overseas fashion show as she has a large and growing UK following. The designs from her 2016 collections are a perfect illustration of Dalal’s design signature – lots of fine lace and detailed embroidery, fabulous body-enhancing cuts and on-trend features such as low backs, plunge necks and bare-skin effects.
This is the sixth collection of Riki Dalal Stylist Haute Couture gowns. Each one is made-to-measure, and with spectacular hand-sewn extra features such as beads, pearls and crystals, making them super sophisticated and elegant. The little sister label Noya Bridal maintains a similar design aesthetic in RTW, and with a focus on lightweight materials, elegant and romantic shapes and lots of the beautiful lace that has become Riki Dalal’s most recognisable hallmark.
