Jasmin and Peter chose Chelsea Register Office 

Notting Hill residents Jasmin and Peter, who are originally from Bengal and Denmark, chose iconic Chelsea Register Office for their ceremony before moving on to The Ivy Chelsea Garden for an intimate reception.
