RHS Lindley Hall is hosting a wedding showcase on 1st October where you can view this lovely central London venue and get inspiration from wedding suppliers
The Royal Horticultural Society’s Lindley Hall is opening its doors to brides and grooms – and wedding planners – on Saturday 1 October to showcase its credentials as a stunning central London wedding venue.
RHS Lindley Hall regularly hosts events for London Fashion Week and international launches and was once the location of botanic art exhibitions organised by the leading horticultural charity.
This one-day wedding showcase will feature displays of lighting, draping, flowers and furniture to show off the potential of the glamorous vaulted-ceilinged space. The North Annex of the hall will be dressed as a night garden, while a cocktail bar and dining table set-up will highlight the services available here. Guests can also talk to event manager Smita Ratna and team and meet recommended wedding suppliers.
Thanks to the scale of Lindley Hall, it has already hosted many spectacular weddings and events over the years. It was opened in 1904 by Edward VII, has Georgian-style grandeur and can host 450 guests. It can be customised to create an event that is truly individual.
Smita Ratna says: “The Lindley Hall is particularly popular with those planning large-scale and prestigious weddings, due to its grandeur, and we have hosted some extremely vibrant and elegant events”.
Suppliers present and showcasing their expertise at the wedding showcase include Blue Strawberry, Chantal Flores, Oxygen Event Services, GDC Events, Prelude Entertainment, Highspec Marquee Linings, GreatHire, Mark Bothwell Photography, The Graphical Tree and Larry Walsh.
* RHS Lindley Hall is located at 80 Vincent Square, SW1. The one-day Wedding Showcase takes place on Saturday 1 October 11am-5pm. Entry for brides, grooms and wedding planners is free, but please register by Friday 23 September by emailing your name and contact details to [email protected]
