Hampton Court Palace is one of our most stunning wedding venues, as well as an iconic British landmark, and the spring Wedding Showcase on 3rd March is your perfect opportunity to be inspired
Hampton Court Palace is an iconic British landmark, and the perfect place to host a wedding. And its spring Wedding Showcase is the perfect time for recently engaged couples to meet the team who make dream weddings happen here.
Taking place on Sunday 3rd March, from 11am-3pm, it is your opportunity to go behind the scenes and take a tour of its beautiful wedding spaces. There are a variety of unique settings here that can host beautiful marriage and civil ceremonies – and receptions can take place on a palatial or more intimate scale.
A choice of wedding spaces
Hampton Court Palace is known the world over, both for its architecture and its glorious grounds, and a selection of its wedding venues will be open for couples to view at the Wedding Showcase.
These include the spectacular Little Banqueting House, which features Baroque paintings and murals by Antonio Verrio and offers superb views of both the Thames and the Palace. It can host up to 50 people and can be combined with other spaces, or you can erect a marquee in the private walled garden.
The lovely Garden Room – a 1920s orangery – hosts up to 180 and makes a light and airy place for wedding ceremonies, dinners and dancing. This includes exclusive use of the walled garden, so it’s an idyllic spot for a unique party.
Both these exclusive settings are available in the daytime, and for evening banquets and receptions there is the option to use fabulous spaces in the palace, including the majestic Great Hall.
At the Wedding Showcase, the expert events team will be on hand to answer questions and help plan your perfect celebration. You will also meet a selection of Palace-approved suppliers, covering essentials such as wedding photography, flowers and event catering.
