Wedding jewels: Fit for a princess

Wedding jewels: Fit for a princess
Chaumet's Crown Your Love collection offers exquisite jewels fit for a princess bride

If you’re seeking jewels fit for a princess, then Chaumet’s Crown Your Love collection is a great place to look for inspiration, with heirloom-quality pieces and endless choices so you can personalise and create your dream wedding finery

Jewels fit for a princess are every bride’s right on her wedding day – even if we don’t all marry a prince. So we are huge fans of the Chaumet Crown Your Love wedding pieces, designed so that couples can create their own personalised engagement ring by selecting a stone, according to precise criteria, then having it set in one of Chaumet’s iconic designs. A perfect matching wedding band can be created to suit the stone – with bands available for men and women

Jewels to fall in love with

The idea behind Crown Your Love is that couples start by choosing their stone. This is done according to the most precise criteria as that jewel will then be set in one of Chaumet’s iconic designs. You can choose from GIA certified diamonds weighing between 0.3 and 1.2 carats, ensuring an exceptional sparkler. Rings take between three and four weeks to create, depending on your design.

There is a world of choice when it comes to the perfect setting, with collections that go from classic haute joaillerie in the Parisian style to more modern interpretations.

Royal jewels

The Chaumet name has a history dating back to 1780, and still maintains beautiful premises in place Vendôme. Soon after establishment, the family firm became official jeweller to Empress Josephine, last empress of France.

Chaumet recognises this historic link with its Joséphine collections, which reinterpret the tiara. Liens features a ribbon-like motif designed to symbolise the unity between two souls. We also love the Bee my Love collection, featuring a lovely honeycomb motif and with lots of options for stacking rings (as well as bangles) so that you can add to your collection to mark other special events in your life. Other choices include the Plume collection, evoking the feather motif of the Second Empire of France.
