Nestled 28 floors above the bustle of Park Lane, and located within the super-smart setting of Hilton Park Lane, Galvin at Windows has carved a stellar reputation as one of the places to dine if you want great food, convivial surroundings and a view to rival anything London has to offer. In a largely low-rise quarter of London, it provides a quite unique perspective over Park Lane, Hyde Park and west London, with far reaching views beyond that stretch as far as the City and the heights of North London.

While the whole restaurant is exceptional, the top spot has to be The Balcony.This exclusive and semi-private setting has seating for 16 to 30 guests – front row seats over the capital! It can be designed in a variety configurations and table settings, making it the one of the hottest tables in London for private events. If you would like to widen the party, the restaurant and bar can also be hired for exclusive events that deserve the Michelin-starred touch.

The details

The menu created by chef patron Chris Galvin and team (including talented head chef Joo Won) is seasonally inspired and based on modern French haute cuisine. There are lots of options to tailor a menu specifically for your event – with degustation and main menus offered and even consideration given to younger members of your party with specially designed children’s feasts. The choice is up to you and the team will work with you to design the right menu for your special occasion. The bar here is a star in its own right, so an expert pairing of food and drink is guaranteed. Menus start at £79 per person for The Balcony.

Galvin at Windows is presided over by the inimitable Fred Sirieix. As well as being general manager here, he’s a familiar face on TV (including C4’s First Date) and is renowned for his longstanding championship of excellence in all quarters of the hospitality and restaurant industry. Dubbed the UK’s most famous maître d’, Fred Sirieix has received many awards in his own right and even an Honorary MBA. So you and your guests are in eminently capable hands!
